REGISITERED MEMBERS

We expect all of our users to conduct themselves in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Personal attacks, flaming and other forms of discourteous and unprofessional online conduct are grounds, at our discretion, for the immediate suspension or termination of the offending party's account.

• post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another use
  or any other person or entity
• post sexually-explicit images or statements
• impersonate another person
• offend or defame 4Print staff

SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

4Print maintains the right to manage and control access to systems and information stored within its servers as it deems appropriate, and may vary or suspend the Service. 4Print may suspend access to the Services if there is a security breach or if there is a malfunction in the Services to preserve data. 4Print may disconnect a Client or a Printer from the Company system (forced logout) without notice if there is no use of the server system by that Client for a specified period (presently 30 minutes).

4Print reserves the right to suspend, without prior notice, some or all of the Service if 4Print, in its absolute discretion, considers that the Client or a Printer has not complied with one or more of the terms in the Agreement or has otherwise misused or abused the Service or:

• The Services are used by a Client or a customer of the Client in a way considered inappropriate by 4Print.
• Providing the Services appears to expose 4Print to any liability as a result of a breach of any law or any third party rights.
• The Client or Printer breaches this Agreement.

PRINTING QUOTES

4Print reserves the right to publish printing quotes that have been requested on 4Print. Personal details such as Client's contact details will not be publicly displayed.

LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

This site provides access to third party content. You understand and agree that we're only acting as a conduit and that we have no liability related to the third-party, whether arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy or obscenity.

We do not screen or censor the listings offered and are not involved in the actual transaction between CLIENTS and PRINTERS. We are under no legal obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided by other users which is made available through the Web site. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the printing jobs.

LINKING TO OUR SITE

We grant you full permission to link to our site using a text link, but not to frame our site or use any of trademarks or logos without our prior permission.

YOUR WARRANTY

4Print makes no warranty that:

a) the service will meet your requirements
b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable
