JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a print run of 1000 or 2000 of a sheet size 910x640mm, with 12 greeting cards per sheet. Thus, 2 quotes. One for 12000 finished cards and one for 24000 finished cards. If your sheet size varies please let us know what is your preferred size.
The greeting cards are the size of a DL when folded, they fold on the short side, a panoramic fold.
Finished size is: trimmed to 210x200mm. Fold to 210x100mm. (12 per sheet)
I have laid them out as 12 up on a sheet 910x640mm (please see attachment), to be printed one side only with a spot UV ultra high gloss varnish over the images themselves, about 33% of the total sheet. The cards will need to be trimmed and scored in the middle for folding and packed flat in separate boxes of each kind (12 boxes), then shipped to Fremantle, western Australia. I will supply a hard copy of each card to colour match to and i will require a colour accurate proof prior to printing approval
Paper stock of 350gsm is fine, as long as its quite a rigid card, similar to a postcard. The unprinted side needs to be uncoated so it is easy to write on with a ball point pen, also like a postcard.
